Cookie Menu is an existing digital ecosystem made up of a landing page, a front application and a back-end API, left without maintenance for over 5 years.
The project required a full takeover to modernize the stack, fix existing issues and ship a stable, performant and maintainable system again.
Challenge
The ecosystem had several critical issues:
- Outdated technologies incompatible with current versions
- Heavy technical debt built up over several years
- No maintenance and a broken development environment
- Form vulnerabilities and spam handling issues
- Unstable, unreliable deployment pipeline
- Poor accessibility and degraded performance
These limitations blocked product evolution and directly hurt lead quality and user experience.
